Jack and the Beanstalk.... You need the 7 Habits!

We wrote a letter to Jack and the Giant in Fairy Tale Land.  We think they need a few lessons in the 7 habits!  After we wrote the letter, Mr. Gullion mailed it for us and guess what????  Jack and the Giant wrote back to us!  Mr. Gullion made our special delivery letter today!  We were so excited!!!!

Mathtastic!

It is so important in math for children to be able to use reasoning to figure out problems and then to defend their answers for those problems.  We are working each day on creating strategies that will help us in our number sense.  Look at the ideas we are already sharing with one another for counting!  Students helping students... what a wonderful idea!
